Quality Control Procedures
There are 4 times QC check the quality and confirmation in one LED headlight in processing of production.
1. Checking the raw materials.
2. Checking the welding spot and power supply.
3. Testing the LED chip turn on and turn off.
4. Final testing in the machine and put all in the aging test processing and packing it in the box.
